Ok, so in CFX Productions: About september when they were running the Newest Judge dredd film. At day 1, I started with cobra to seal a torso piece for casting . Second day I cut clay for building walls after sanding a metal plate smooth for casting scars into the walls. Also making silicone realistic muscles — as a practice run, was the first time I worked with a product that dreid so fast. I also worked my first times with silicones and products. Third day I used a bolt tool to tighten up a fiberglass mold and hit my head. I was given a pass to the kitchen, however It was open so I got myself some ice- thanking Matt for helping me– I had a bump for the rest of the week. I also helped the seamstress to unstitch her fake material muscles. I was also sent around to fetch a few things. And whilst being in Stage 3 I saw a head being bashed into the floor, blood and liquid.(fake head piece) its a shame to see how all that hardwork being done over and over till it was correct. Also during my time there I saw a fake shooting-- where a spark turns into a film shooting scene. Also a horrid green smoke was in the area for quite a while wonderful thing of airconditioning. I also saw the masks in making, and Franco was making a super hero type action-figure with extra limbs and was airbrushing them too in a small cubicle where there were black bags covering the area and Fifth day I sat and watched as the more experienced people casting the hand of the model who will play a role in judge dredd. Well his arm was casted and he was wrapped head to toe with black bags. And the problem was, that a clenched hand over a gun is hard to mold easily. So after a few hours the problem was the mold kept breaking. I told them to use a dremel tool to build up and sculpt. I’m not saying I’m the genius in this story, other people might have just thought the same as me– great minds think alike. I’d like to add that I also learned to hair punch there in a very strange head made for smashing into the ground. Interesting thing was I got to talk to a bomb technician. The storage clerk/girl: Shada was her name– nice person. What was nice I only spoke English, made jokes and enjoyed drinking tea at 1 pm and 3 pm eating… ^_^ haha. Belinda told me I should stay longer than 5 days– sad thing I couldn’t because I was living with my brother and he had an Exam. So I left at Friday. I’d like to thank Rob, Belinda and Ashley for driving me around during those days. I got a license now And I was very happy when my dad made a little mechanism for punching hair in– alot easier to punch hair now, but still use home needles. There are lots of videos of people making home hair punchers. When I started my hand suffered alot! It was even red then my dad made me the object. not posting this since its his creation.
